Claire has introduced me to a whole other world of yoga and has beautifully opened my mind to both the spiritual and physical long term benefits of Kundalini Yoga.

Claire shows a very intuitive quality when she communicates in her classes, as well as empathy. Her online classes have been a ‘rock’ to me during lock down, increasing my flexibility and wellbeing. I love her yoga classes because they are not just about the exercise, but also about absorbing and understanding the whole practice, its purpose and all its benefits. Wonderful class, taught in a calm and professional manner by Kundalini Yoga teacher Claire. Claire brings the class alive with such a variety within the class content. Excellent teaching all round. You would never be bored with this Kundalini way of teaching. I found the class to be so beneficial, blissful, interesting and effective. Definitely recommended for a complete renewal of the senses and wellbeing. Thank you Claire!

Claire brings great energy to her classes, she is a great teacher who supports you on your journey in connecting the mind, body and spirit. I have thoroughly enjoyed the online class and my core strength has improved greatly. Claire is very clear on how and why we are practicing the yoga postures. Her classes are well taught and varied. Claire is an excellent yoga teacher. She knows and loves Kundalini Yoga. She explains everything very well, to her class that includes a wide range of abilities and ages. Claire is very clear on how and why we are practicing yoga, as well as being tolerant and understanding of our efforts in performing the postures.

Claire’s Kundalini yoga classes are relevant to a wide range of abilities and help to positively
impact not only the physical, but also the mental. Her passion and knowledge of Kundalini
Yoga is motivating and inspiring. She teaches very well, finding a lovely balance between
helping you learn and enjoying the practice. The online lessons during this COVID pandemic
have allowed me to personally explore new types of yoga and the class is very uplifting- as
you are given the opportunity to connect with others. I would highly recommend the class to

Claire and I worked on a few different goals relating to well being and self control. The coaching has helped me to explore different solutions. I am trying techniques to feel better and to be in control of my state and reactions.
We opened paths and the coaching conversations helped me reflect and to dig deeper about improving my life and well being. It also increased my awareness of my situation and the sense of control I have over my results. I learned that I had the awareness and positivity within me, but just had to create a new habit to include this within my routines. This will eventually impact all the other areas of my life. I know this is a journey and it requires consistency, but it feels great having decided to start new habits and to give this time to myself.
I enjoyed Claire's style of coaching as her questions are genuine and flow like a conversation. She is confident and helped me feel relaxed. Seperate to her coaching, in her mentoring, she has some great tips on how to blend meditative techniques into my daily life that are supporting my goals. As a result I have new ideas on how to deal with certain situations that I can put in practice to support new habits. Moreover, I am now sleeping well and generally managing to be more calm and relaxed. I feel more confident to include therapeutic activities like meditation into my schedule. This makes me feel content, more in control and gives me a sense of relaxation.

The Life Coaching experience with Claire allowed me to feel positive about areas in my life that I could change. Focusing and planning on making time for these things that were important to me, felt empowering.

Coaching has given me a chance to reflect and focus on what is really important in my
life.
Previously I have found that what I first set out to do, had been sidetracked, as
something else may have popped up and distracted me from my original goal.
There is still room for growing and improvement, which I think will be ongoing, but with
the skills I have learned from regular coaching has made me prioritise what really is
important to me. This is not only for what is happening today, but the outcome of my
actions that will have an affect on my future.

I found the time coaching with Claire invaluable. During the seven sessions, Claire helped me to clarify and focus on my short-term goals, setting tangible actions and ensuring that we both had a clear understanding of what I was hoping to achieve! Having a coach initially feels very self-indulgent, but Claire soon makes you realise the value, someone who is impartial, a safe pair of hands, a good listener, who helps you to see within your inner self. Claire also recaps on each session making sure you write your goals and actions down, this is a vital part of the coaching process, it enables you to take the energy gained away with you. Coaching for me was “time for me”. I had forgotten just how powerful that is! Thank you Claire.

Claire’s guidance and care with her Yoga Therapy has been invaluable to me. I continue to do my Kundalini practices everyday, I love it !! We have discussed how diet can affect my well being and which foods can help calm my fire. Claire has shown me kriyas to calm myself and my ‘chatterbox’ mind. Thanks to Claire and her patient and kind guidance, I now have a Toolbox to help protect and strengthen my body and my mind for myself, to help me be a better Mom, as I can also share these beautiful tools with my daughter 🙂

I found the process gentle and nurturing.
The numerology insights are interesting and feel completely right, so I refer back to them often.
I am more deeply attached to the elements, spending time in my garden pod to hear the birdsong, the wind, the rain and the flow of water in the river nearby.
I have taken onboard the dietary suggestions which have been really helpful.
Claire even gave suggestions for my wardrobe and I now prefer natural fibres for yoga.
The kriyas & pranayama have really supported me.
